Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of AllMyStuff ("we", "us"), the home inventory service at allmystuff.us and app.allmystuff.us. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Your account

• Give us accurate account details and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us right away at allmystuff-support@compedgesolutions.us if you think someone else has used your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use AllMyStuff.

Your content

The items, photos, files, and notes you add belong to you. You give us permission to store, process, and display them only as needed to run the service for you, including showing items to the friends and family you choose to share them with.

Only upload content you have the right to use. Do not use AllMyStuff to store anything illegal, to harass anyone, or to record information about other people that they would not expect you to keep.

Acceptable use

Please do not try to get into other people's accounts, interfere with or overload the service, scrape it with automated tools, work around storage limits, or use it to send spam. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans and storage

The free plan includes a storage allowance for photos and files. Paid plans, when offered, add more storage and features at the price shown on the upgrade page. If you go over your storage limit, you can keep using your inventory, but new uploads are paused until you free up space or upgrade. We will give notice before changing what a plan includes or costs.

Reports and records are for your own use

The insurance report, heirloom notes, values, and other records are tools to help you organize. They are not appraisals, legal documents, or proof of ownership, and we do not guarantee any insurer or court will accept them. Values are whatever you enter.

AI suggestions and barcode lookups can be wrong. Check them before you save.

Keep your own copies

We work to keep your data safe and backed up, but no service is perfect. Keep originals of anything important, such as receipts, policies, and deeds, and export your inventory from time to time.

Ending your account

You can stop using AllMyStuff at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing allmystuff-support@compedgesolutions.us. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Where we can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to export your data.

Disclaimers and limits

AllMyStuff is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property, for loans between you and other people, or for decisions you make based on your records.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you have not paid us anything. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will let you know by email or in the app. Continuing to use AllMyStuff after a change means you accept the updated terms.
